Well, what can I say. It was my last day as a non-missionary today. So crazy- it felt like this day would never come. On the 30th I had my farewell talk at church in St. George, and since then I have been purchasing things, packing, and saying my goodbyes. In St. George:
Cute friends after my farewell
Visiting my grandparents in Mesquite
Friend party in St. George
On Sunday I came up to Provo with my mom to say goodbye to friends here and hang out a little before I go into the MTC. On Monday:
Marci and Nikki braved Provo to come see me
Ice cream party- Mandy came from Sandy!
Freshman friends Hillary and Kellie
The marrieds- Kristen (minus her husband), Dave and Erin
T.Y.
Tuesday I went to campus for the last time (well, for 18 months) and visited professors and my work.
I ran into Becca, Mindy and Kim ditching devotional (heck yes!)
Said goodbye to co-workers and went to lunch with my boss
Tuesday night the rest of my family came up and we went to dinner then went and I was set apart by my stake president.
BFFs Kim and Robyn came because they are aweseome
Family pic after the set apart
All in all it has been a very eventful last week and I am glad I have been able to see lots of friends and family before I leave. I am so grateful I have so many amazing people in my life, and I will miss them all!
